Role Description

This is an in office role for an
Operations Manager for a Cloud Kitchen Service, located in Adyar,
Chennai. We are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of kitchen functions while supporting the brand’s growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can
manage day-to-day cloud kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end oversight of
daily kitchen operations
.
- Production
planning and workflow management
.
- Strengthening processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.




- Order flow management
and ensuring
timely dispatch

- Working
closely with the
founder
.

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate with
4–7 years of overall work experience
.
- At least
2 years in an operations-focused role.
- Experience in the restaurant industry
preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to run kitchen operations independently.
- Proactive, organized, and execution-focused

Key Criteria
- Less than 8 years of experience
- Experience working in F&B; industry
