Test Analyst (External) Pan India · Full Time · Remote

About the Role Active participation in all phases of the Testing Life Cycle is required, including Requirement Analysis, Test Designing, Test Execution, and Defect Management. The role involves designing and implementing testing scripts and artefacts, aligning with the scope of testing for each release. Success in this role means effectively engaging with stakeholders, upskilling in various testing methodologies, and applying them to User Acceptance and End-to-End Testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Testing Life Cycle, including Requirement Analysis, Test Designing, Test Execution, and Defect Management.




- Design and implement testing scripts and execution artefacts within the project.
- Align and adhere to the scope of testing within the context of each release.
- Implement, capture, track, evolve, and report all test artefacts.
- Engage and interact with key stakeholders.
- Upskill in various testing methodologies and apply them to User Acceptance and End-to-End Testing.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Business Acceptance Testing activities to validate functionality.
- Ensure successful implementation and integration of the project.
- Produce and log test execution, test reports, and defects according to the defined test process framework.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Motor Insurance, Personal Insurance, and Life Insurance.
