We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven CRM Executive to manage our Sales CRM end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, tracking lead utilisation, and supporting the Sales team with timely and structured reporting. This role is central to ensuring our sales pipeline runs smoothly and no lead is lost or mismanaged.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and own the entire Sales CRM end-to-end, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate, updated, and duplicate-free data at all times.
Conduct daily checks on CRM entries, lead status updates, and sales team activity logs.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, pendency, and team performance.
Track and audit lead check and verification to ensure all incoming leads are correctly logged and assigned.
Monitor proper utilisation of leads by the sales team — ensuring no lead remains unattended or unworked.
Manage the lead churning process — reallocation of stagnant/unresponsive leads to ensure maximum conversion opportunity.
Flag discrepancies, delays, or misuse in CRM data to the Reporting Manager.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams for CRM-related requirements and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely resolution of any CRM-related technical issues, escalating to IT/vendor as needed.
Handle any other CRM-related administrative or reporting task as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience (CRM handling, data/reporting, or operations background).
Non-Real Estate background preferred — candidates from other industries with solid CRM/data handling exposure are encouraged to apply.
