✅ Acquire recent clients and build long-term relationships

✅ Handle end-to-end business development and account management

✅ Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely closures

✅ Achieve revenue and client acquisition targets

Required Skills:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing Business Development





✔ Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✔ Good understanding of Permanent, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring models
