About the Role

Supreme Bituchem India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Project Marketing & B2B Sales to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Project Marketing, B2B Sales, and Key Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

✔️ Drive Project Marketing and B2B sales for the company's chemical products.

✔️ Identify and develop recent business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, industrial, and institutional projects.

✔️ Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, builders,



government departments, OEMs, distributors, and corporate clients.

✔️ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support.

✔️ Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams for timely execution.

✔️ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

✔️ Achieve sales targets and manage key customer accounts.

✔️ Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.

✔️ Lead and mentor the sales team.

Required Skills
