Rustique Linens is looking for a talented Junior Textile & Brand Designer to support our growing home textile and lifestyle brand.

This is a hybrid creative role for someone who is excited by both textile design and brand building. The designer will work on textile design, surface patterns, embroidery concepts, print and weave ideas, product sampling, brand visuals, marketplace creatives, website assets, product mockups and creative presentations.

The role is ideal for a design graduate who wants to help build a premium home and lifestyle brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Textile & Product Design

* Create original prints, embroidery motifs, surface patterns, borders, trims, textures and weave concepts for home textiles.

* Build seasonal design stories, color palettes and collection moodboards for Rustique Linens.

* Create coordinated design concepts across home textile collections.

* Prepare design sheets, repeats, placement references, colorways and sample instructions.

* Work with sampling, stitching, embroidery,



printing and weaving teams to convert designs into physical samples.

* Review samples and suggest corrections for color, scale, placement, construction and finishing.

* Research global trends in home textiles, table styling, kitchen textiles, bedding, interiors, color, surface design, prints, embroidery and lifestyle brands.

* Translate global design and lifestyle trends into commercially usable ideas for Rustique Linens.

Brand & Visual Design

* Create brand assets for Rustique Linens, including website banners, social media graphics, campaign creatives, marketplace images and product story visuals.

* Design product infographics, comparison charts, size guides, care guides, feature graphics and other visual assets for online selling.

* Create B2B presentation boards, range boards, design mockups and collection decks for Rustique’s buyer and sampling requirements.

* Edit and clean product photos for website, market
