ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Quick Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of our business across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart. This is a high ownership, high impact role reporting directly to the founders. Theideal candidate comes from a similar new age consumer brand in the food, beverage, FMCG, or gourmet category.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full P&L; across all quick commerce and marketplace platforms, managing a monthly business of Rs10 Cr and above.

• Plan and execute advertising strategy with a monthly budget of Rs 50 Lakhs+, optimising for ROAS, visibility, and conversion.

• Design and execute platform offers, promotions, and festive campaigns to drive trial, repeat purchase, and basket size.

• Lead category review meetings with platform teams, negotiating for better placement, visibility, andcoinvestment.

• Own fulfilment operations including inventory planning, dark store replenishment, fill rates, and issueresolution.

• Manage product listings, pricing hygiene, catalogue quality, and content across all platforms.





• Track performance metrics including GMV, ROAS, sell through, and contribution margin, and present regular reviews to leadership.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience owning a quick commerce or marketplace business at Rs 10 Cr+ monthly GMV.

• Experience managing Rs 50 Lakh+ monthly ad budgets across platforms with strong command of adformats and algorithms.

• Prior experience at a similar new age consumer brand in food, beverage, FMCG, or gourmet is stronglypreferred.

• Solid analytical thinking with the ability to independently own a P&L; and drive decisions with data.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with platform category and key account teams.

• High ownership mindset with the ability to execute rapid in a founder led, entrepreneurial environment.
