Role Description
The Technical Support Specialist (Remote Desktop & VIP Support) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role focuses on providing high-quality remote desktop assistance and VIP support to internal users and key stakeholders, ensuring minimal disruption to their work. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing service requests, escalating complex problems when needed, and maintaining clear documentation of incidents and resolutions. The specialist will interact directly with customers and VIP users,



guiding them through troubleshooting steps, monitoring system performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and user satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience handling remote desktop and end-user issues.
- Solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse users, including VIP stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify root causes, interpret technical information, and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge of operating systems, remote access tools, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
