Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel, including equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair tasks.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
*Implement and manage the preventive maintenance schedule for all hotel facilities and equipment to ensure efficient functioning and minimize breakdowns.
* Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and plumbers.
*Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team members adhere to safety standards and hotel policies.
*Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance work.
