The Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and preparing financial reports. The role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite (Oracle), and a strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
· Process vendor invoices accurately and on time in NetSuite (Oracle ERP).
· Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in the ERP system in compliance with accounting standards.
· Reconcile vendor invoices with GSTR-2B and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
· Perform timely customer account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances.
· Assist internal and statutory auditors by preparing and providing required financial data and documentation within defined timelines.
· Prepare MIS reports and customized financial reports for management to support business decision-making.
· Prepare TDS working, summaries, and ensure timely deduction, deposit,
and statutory compliance.
· Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial transactions.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable statutory regulations.
· Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve finance and accounting-related issues.
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Perform any other finance and accounting-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
· M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
Experience
· 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
· Experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.
· Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Oracle ERP) or any other ERP system is desirable.
