Role Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage content across multiple social platforms while driving engagement and brand visibility. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running social channels - whether personal or for a brand - understands what makes content perform on each platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, ideate, and publish content across multiple social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube/Shorts, etc.), tailoring format and tone to each channel
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and key dates
Write, shoot, or coordinate the creation of posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content
Monitor platform trends, formats, and audio/trends to keep content timely and relevant
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR) across platforms and report on what's working
Engage with the community - responding to comments, DMs,



and mentions to build brand presence
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, new features, and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media platforms - either for a company/brand or a strong personal social presence with demonstrated growth/engagement
Hands-on experience creating content across multiple platforms and formats (short-form video, static posts, stories, carousels)
Strong understanding of what drives engagement on each platform and ability to adapt content accordingly
Good written communication skills for community replies, and content planning
Ability to track and interpret social media analytics to inform content decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously
A portfolio or examples of content you've created (personal or profession
