We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in integrations, automation, and Event Management (AIOps). The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enable intelligent IT operations through automation, monitoring, and remediation.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners in an Agile delivery model, focusing on end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow Event Management and integrations.

Key Responsibilities-

Integration & Automation Development
- Design and implement integrations using REST APIs, PowerShell scripting, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of MID Server architecture.
- Implementation experience of Agent Client Collector
- Configure and maintain MID Web Server for automation and monitoring use cases.
- Build reusable workflows and solutions in Flow Designer to orchestrate remedial and automated actions.
- Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

Event Management & AIOps




- Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management application to enable proactive monitoring.
- Configure and tune event correlation rules, alert aggregation, and dashboards in Service Operations Workspace.
- Develop automation to trigger remedial and self-healing actions for incidents/events.
- Drive adoption of AIOps practices across IT Operations for improved reliability and service availability.

CMDB & CSDM Governance
- Valuable understanding about CMDB and CSDM Framework
- Knowledge of CI Binding and Event Correlation.

Collaboration & Delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, monitoring, security, cloud) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide documentation, training, and handover for developed solutions.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and conduct peer reviews.
