Responsibilities
- Appoint current BA in cosmatics stores
- Maintain consistent contact with existing BA stores
- Manage sales and Attendance for existing BA stores
- Stock maintaining in BA stores.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 3+ years in BA supervisor in Skincare or Cosmatics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and basic system , excel data analysis skills
- CRM or SFA experience is preferred
