Role Description
The Administrative Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of Biggies Burger outlets and the supporting office functions. This role includes managing documentation, coordinating schedules, supervising support staff, and ensuring that operational policies and procedures are consistently followed. The Administrative Manager will handle vendor coordination,



basic financial administration such as expense tracking and invoice processing, and support recruitment and onboarding activities. The role also involves maintaining records, preparing reports for management, implementing process improvements, and ensuring smooth communication between outlet teams and central management. The Administrative Manager is expected to provide reliable, organized support that helps maintain high standards of efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Operational management capabilities, such as coordinating outlet support activities, implementing procedures, and monitoring compliance.
