Role Description
The Head of Customer Relationship Management is a full time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for overseeing patient and customer relationship strategies across SBH Group of Hospital. This role manages the design and implementation of CRM processes to improve patient satisfaction, loyalty, and retention,



while ensuring consistent communication and service standards across all hospital units. Daily activities include analyzing patient feedback and service data, segmenting markets and patient profiles, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience at each touchpoint. The role involves leading and mentoring the CRM team, collaborating with clinical and administrative departments, and developing initiatives that align with organizational goals. The Head of CRM will also track performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
