About the Role

Ralakde Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality leads through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and graphic design while being capable of executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Produce and edit marketing videos, reels, and short-form content for social media and advertising.
- Develop content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and promotional activities.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support branding, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Eligibility
- MBA in Marketing or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Ability to create and edit videos using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Filmora, or similar software.
