Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at MOREFLEX BORRACHAS LTDA will provide overall strategic leadership, set organizational goals, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision. This full-time remote role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding senior leadership, and making high-level decisions related to business growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The CEO will represent the company to key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners, and cultivate strong relationships that support business expansion. The role includes reviewing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing policies that promote sustainable profitability and compliance. The CEO will also foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, mentor team members, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
- Solid communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.




- Experience in office administration and administrative assistance to manage organizational processes, workflows, and documentation effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and vendors and address concerns promptly.
- Solid accounting knowledge to interpret financial statements, manage budgets, and support strategic financial decisions.
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams, drive performance, and manage change across distributed work environments.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.
