Key Objective of the Job:- - Program management – manage multiple projects from conceptualization till implementation. - Coordinate development of business processes and business requirement documents in collaboration with Business users - Manage change requests, Coordinate development of User acceptance criteria and user acceptance test plan - Assist Solution Architecture Board in solution evaluation - Facilitate UAT – manage the overall testing process, Obtain all necessary approvals and sign offs from Business departments - Provide any functional inputs and clarifications during project execution by the partners and developers - Provide first level support to the Business users in terms of training, assistance in operating the system and any clarifications - Test all system deliverables for the readiness of commencement of UAT and approve commencement of the same. - Prepare test scenarios,



test cases and lead the testing part - Knowledge of relevant and recent technology areas in the BFSI space - Take Full control over the application on day to day activities and guide the team - Awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks as applicable to the BFSI sector in general and to retail finance in particular |
Major Deliverables: - - Crisp and explicit Business Requirement Documents - Solution development of business requirements - Configuration of critical masters which includes policies, deviations and other parameters - Partner co-ordination for development - Project tracking during development cycle - Maintenance and improvement of UAT levels of the business user teams - On time completion of projects as per commitments |
Educational Qualification: - Tech Engineers, Graduate in any discipline - PMI certification desirable - Specialized IT related certifications or qualification |
Desired Experience: - Atleast 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a financial institution / NBFC - Experience on Loan Origination system preferably Sales
