What You'll Do
As a D365 F&O; Functional Consultant at LevelShift, you will:
• Understand customer requirements, business processes, technical challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Design, configure, document, demonstrate, and support D365 Finance and SCM solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, process documents, and user guides, and review technical documentation for alignment.
• Support implementation, testing, UAT, issue resolution,



production support, post-go-live activities, and solution handover.
• Conduct demos, workshops, functional advisory sessions, end-user training, and adoption support.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, technical consultants, and business users to ensure smooth delivery and customer alignment.
• Support pre-sales through proposal inputs, demos, solution inputs, effort estimation support, and customer discussions.
• Provide daily status reports covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Mentor junior resources, support knowledge sharing, and assist the Project Manager with interviews, recruitment, and organizational initiatives.
• Contribute to formal trainings, certifications, blogs, whitepapers, continuous learning, and skill enhancement.
