Role:

we need one sharp, strategic person to own our entire content operation.

You'll be writing scripts that go viral, building story sequences that convert, managing content across multiple pages, and helping run the business behind the scenes. Someone who thinks like a founder, writes like a creator, and executes like a machine. If you've ever read a piece of content and thought "I could have written that better", this is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Write viral Reels scripts and story sequences in the founder's exact voice
- Manage content calendar across multiple Instagram pages
- Research competitor content weekly and identify new content angles
- Coordinate between video editors and the content team
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on data
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and content planning
- Attend regular meets with editors and team during working hours




- Help maintain content SOPs and documentation

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of short-form content and what makes it go viral
- Ability to write in someone else's voice with precision
- Familiarity with Instagram, Reels, and story sequences
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or any content AI)
- Genuine curiosity about AI, personal branding, and content strategy
- Proactive, self-driven, and doesn't need constant hand-holding
- Robust written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media is a plus point

Compensation:
