We are seeking a Project Manager – RPA to mentor and guide learner teams in identifying, designing, and automating business processes using RPA for real-world problem scenarios. The PM will support learners through a structured, sprint-based program, helping them understand automation fundamentals, workflow design, bot development, process optimization, exception handling, and automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide learners in understanding RPA concepts, process mapping, and automation opportunities.
- Support teams in bot development, workflow automation, exception handling, and process optimization.
- Mentor learners in RPA tools, attended/unattended bots, OCR basics, and automation best practices.
- Help teams design scalable and productive automation solutions for real-world business problems.
- Reinforce governance, compliance, and documentation standards in automation projects.
- Coach teams in conceptual projects such as automated workflows, invoice processing, report automation, data extraction, and process optimization frameworks.
