Role Description
The Purchasing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. The Purchasing Executive will monitor inventory levels, track order status, and support cost-effective procurement decisions aligned with business needs. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate purchase records,
resolving order or invoice discrepancies, and working closely with internal teams to understand requirements. The role also involves communicating with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, including creation, review, and tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Procurement skills, with experience in vendor coordination and sourcing.
