Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Greater China organization. You serve in a general manager capacity with P&L; responsibility for the region. You provide strategic and operational direction to the organization, including but not limited to Sales and Business Development, to improve Sales revenues as well as Services, to successfully maximize Customer Success opportunities and meet organizational objectives. This role includes the Managing Director directive and associated stakeholder management for the China legal entity

Key Responsibilities
- As a Leader within a mid to larger Country/ Vertical / Regional management team, direct the activities of a small to medium team of PreSales Managers to ensure the delivery of robust and commercially responsible PreSales business operations to support sales of the Company's software and meet the goals of the business, ensuring established budget/cost measures are met.
- Set, or where appropriate contribute, to the Presales Country / Operating Unit / Line of Business (Vertical) / Portfolio / Practice Leadership strategy planning and setting of targets, priorities and initiatives understanding how to adapt global strategies to support the unique requirements of the organization, whilst also delivering the required global alignment and output.
