We are seeking an experienced QMS skilled to lead and drive Safety & Quality initiatives across
non-manufacturing locations, including Retail, Sales Offices, 3PL warehouses, and Head Office,
ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Safety & Quality standards across locations
- Manage and guide a team of Safety & Quality personnel
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and drive risk mitigation
- Oversee incident investigation, RCA, and corrective actions
- Monitor KPIs and present performance reports to management
- Drive training, awareness programs, and safety culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Support continuous improvement and digitization initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering + Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
- 8–10 years of experience in Safety & Quality
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience
- Strong knowledge of audits, incident analysis, and KPI reporting
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office; digital mindset preferred

- Travel: 5–10 days/month
- Base Location: Pune, Head Office
