Role Description
The Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position,



the advisor will guide prospective students through the process of selecting suitable online and distance degree programs, explaining eligibility criteria, fees, course structures, and university accreditation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and over phone or video), responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with leads in a timely and professional manner. The advisor will collaborate with the counseling team to refine guidance materials, share student feedback, and ensure that all information provided is clear, accurate, and aligned with Degree Drishti’s values of transparency and honesty. The role also involves supporting students through application and enrollment steps while maintaining a non-pressurizing, trust-based advisory approach.
