Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Cuttack, Odisha, India.



The Account Manager will oversee working site relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment between customer expectations and project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include, preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking project costs, and coordinating with internal project teams to address client queries and issues. The role also involves monitoring payment schedules, maintaining accurate records, supporting bid and proposal preparation, and contributing to forecasting and reporting for assigned accounts. The Account Manager will work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for account growth and strengthen long-term partnerships.
