We are looking for an experienced Certinia Functional Lead / Consultant with robust expertise in Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading end-to-end Certinia implementations, gathering business requirements, configuring PSA solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and gather functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable Certinia PSA solutions.
- Configure and implement Certinia PSA modules based on business needs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Developers, QA, and Integration teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation.
- Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production (Hypercare) support.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Recommend process improvements and platform optimization.

- Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
