About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Gomia, supporting the procurement of materials, engineering components, and plant requirements that keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently.
This role will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships,
supporting inventory availability, and ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet operational needs. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, operations, and suppliers to support business objectives while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.
What you will be doing
Coordinate the procurement of engineering spares, maintenance materials, and indirect goods.
Manage purchase requests and purchase orders through to delivery and payment.
Source quotations from suppliers and support supplier selection activities.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Support inventory availability by helping prevent material shortages and supply disruptions.
Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Review pricing and purchasing data to identify cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports within company syst
