Role Overview

We are looking for an independent, ROI-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale paid digital advertising for EasyAdmission.ai and Techeon IT. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing independently.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Bing Ads.
- Build full-funnel campaigns focused on student acquisition and lead generation.
- Create custom intent, lookalike, remarketing, and demographic audiences.

Optimization & Scaling
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and audience targeting.




- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining CAC benchmarks and improving ROAS.

Analytics & Attribution
- Set up conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution using GA4 and advertising platforms.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio.
- Deliver weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Share lead-quality insights with consultants and stakeholders to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns with proven scaling results.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4
