Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Practical exposure to proceedings under PMLA, FEMA, Customs Act, and DRI investigations.
- Solid drafting, legal research, and representation skills.
- Ability to independently handle matters before adjudicating authorities, tribunals, and courts.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
