Industry Preference: Shipping, logistics, container depot, CFS, freight forwarding, manufacturing, or service industry

Role Overview

The role requires a robust understanding of accounting, GST, statutory compliance, cash flow, debtor-creditor management, MIS reporting, and team supervision. The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily finance operations while also supporting management with financial planning, cost analysis, revenue tracking, working capital control, and business reporting.

This is a practical finance leadership role suited for someone who can combine accounting accuracy with commercial understanding and management-level financial insights.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and monthly closing.
• Lead and supervise the accounts team for billing, payments, collections, reconciliations, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.
• Recommend payment planning based on collections, vendor commitments, statutory dues, operational priorities, and fund availability.
• Monitor debtor and creditor ageing, customer collections, vendor payments, and pending reconciliations.
• Track revenue, operating costs, expenses, and margins across business activities.
• Analyse cost trends, revenue performance, and expense patterns to support better financial control.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, cash flow, debtors, creditors, statutory dues, and profitability.
