Job Title: Senior Manager, DT Data AI Strategy and Design

In this role,you will lead the global evolution of Data AI by shaping strategy. This role drives scalable, forward-thinking aligned with business goals; ideal for visionary leaders seeking impact across a multicultural, enterprise-wide landscape.
Your key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the global Data AI strategic roadmap for the company. It includes performing regular capability maturity assessments of the organizations data/AI practices and updating phased roadmaps for improvement
- Promote consistency with enterprise methodologies and tools. The champion of change management practices across all Data AI projects. This involves close engagement with both BU unit and business functions.
- Ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment across Data and AI solutions. Leads a team that establishes integration standards and reusable frameworks so that different teams data platforms, models, and tools work in harmony as a cohesive ecosystem.
It directly contributes to the leaders goal of maximizing the value of data and AI assets.
- Foster thought leadership and forward-thinking practices, acting as an innovation leader internally and externally. Taking on a key role in cultivating a data-driven culture and driving continuous learning, including learning development programs for Data and AI talent (workshops, training, communities of practice) to build up skills and data literacy among employees. Externally, one of the thought leaders regarding Responsible AI.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align Data and AI strategy with company objectives. Ensure Data AI efforts directly support each areas objectives and the overall corporate strategy, via the strategy of D-T. Plus stablishing and tracking explicit value metrics and KPIs for data and AI projects.
