Who are we?
Neuroid Media is integrated growth & creative agency. We've driven 450 Cr+ in attributed client revenue, hold a 90% client retention rate, and partnered with 100+ D2C brands — scaling them through performance marketing, high-converting creative, CRO, and retention. Creative is the engine of everything we do: our ads regularly scale to ₹5–6L in spend per creative across categories, markets, and audiences.
We are now building the next element of this engine, and it's AI-native.
This won’t be a traditional internship.
We need an AI Content Intern who we can train to become a master of AI in matters of marketing and content, and hopefully hire them to work at Neuroid full-time.
Our founder Laksh will train you in an apprenticeship of sorts, and will not be a fixed period of 90 days, rather between 3 and 6 months. You will be taught how to: master AI to generate visuals, videos, and content at a professional standard, and learn how to train and steer AI models and workflows so they produce brand-accurate creatives in a speedy and efficient manner.
We intend to hire you full time as our AI Content Associate once the training period is complete. This is a role where you'll work closely with clients, build AI content systems tailored to different brands and industries, and make our internal creative processes faster and smoother.
What you'll learn to do
- Master AI image and video generation — prompting, iterating, and refining outputs until they're indistinguishable from high-end production work
- Learn to train and customize AI workflows on specific brand aesthetics, so outputs stay on-brand across products, categories, and
