is the executional arm of VCA focused on delivering capability and expertise to clients; we do this by sourcing and hiring talent to embed within our clients organisations.

What Manager, VCA Managed Services Managed Services People and Process Optimisation Lead does at Visa:

In this role you will help to guide and support the growth of the VCA Implementation Services business across the Asia Pacific region by leading the Talent & Vendor Strategy Office (TVSO) for VIS APAC, responsible for centralizing and scaling contingent workforce (contractor) hiring, vendor management, and operational delivery. Drive standardization, efficiency, and control across markets while enabling faster hiring and improved vendor outcomes.

TVSO acts as the execution layer for hiring managersowning the how of hiring, onboarding, vendor engagement, and operationsso the business can focus on delivery.
