Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and university inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structure.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or admission management system.
- Schedule campus visits, counseling sessions, and admission appointments.




- Address student queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication with applicants.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Prepare reports on call activities, lead status, and follow-up outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to university policies.
- Perform other telecalling and admission support responsibilities assigned by the university.
