As a Voice Process Executive (US Healthcare AR Caller), you will:
- Analyze and resolve assigned Accounts Receivable (AR) claims.
- Interact with US insurance companies through outbound calls to follow up on pending claims.
- Identify claim denials and payment issues and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Process appeals, corrected claims, patient transfers, adjustments, and claim resubmissions.
- Update call outcomes and claim status accurately in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in denials, billing issues, and process gaps, and report them to the reporting manager.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies while ensuring compliance.
- Continuously improve performance based on feedback from managers and quality audits.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduates only from the following streams:
- B.Com
- BBA
- BA
- BCA
- B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- MBA
- MCA
Passing Year: 2020–2026
Age Limit: Up to 28 years
Note: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech graduates are not eligible for this position.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Robust problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the US Healthcare domain.
Salary & Advantages
- CTC: 17,000 per m
