Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance. This full-time, on-site role in Bharatpur involves supporting HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and coordinating employee benefits and leave administration. The Human Resources Specialist will respond to employee queries, help resolve workplace issues in alignment with company policies, and support compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The role will also include organizing HR-related communications, supporting recruitment activities,



and contributing to HR initiatives that improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
