Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end contact center operations and drive operational excellence.
Manage Team Leaders and large-scale teams to achieve business KPIs.
Monitor and improve key metrics including Productivity, Quality, CSAT, SLA, Revenue, and Attrition.
Analyze operational data and implement continuous process improvements.
Drive employee engagement, coaching, and leadership development.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Manage workforce planning,



performance reviews, compliance, and operational governance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO/Contact Center environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing client relationships and business reviews.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
