About the Role

Neeru Mittal's Patisserie is seeking a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in baking and decorating premium bakery products, with a focus on quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to independently prepare fondant cakes, cookies, biscuits, and artisan breads.

Pay range and compensation package

CTC: INR 3.6 Lakhs per annum

Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a range of bakery products, including:
- Fondant and celebration cakes
- Cookies and biscuits
- Breads, buns, and other baked product.
- Design and decorate fondant cakes as per customer requirements and custom themes.




- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Develop recent bakery products, seasonal specials, and dessert offerings.
- Prepare batters, doughs, fillings, creams, frostings, and other bakery components from scratch.
- Monitor baking temperatures, proofing times, and production schedules to ensure quality.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage through proper production planning and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, equipment, and workstations.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support bulk orders, festive collections, and special events with the management team.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
