Role Description
The Solar Site Engineer will oversee on-site solar project execution at Mengio, ensuring that installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time role includes supervising civil and structural works, coordinating with contractors and suppliers,



monitoring construction progress, and reporting site status to project managers. The engineer will conduct site surveys, verify layouts, support commissioning activities, and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and operation. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining documentation, enforcing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. The position requires regular interaction with stakeholders at the site to ensure clear communication and productive resolution of operational challenges.
