Social Media & Community Management Intern

Duration: 3-Month Internship

About the Role: We're looking for a proactive, creative, and execution-focused Social Media & Community Management Intern to help manage and grow the social media presence of our company and two product brands.

This is not a content writing or graphic design role. The content strategy, post ideas, copy, and creatives will be provided. Your responsibility will be to manage the social media accounts end-to-end, execute the content calendar, engage with the audience, and contribute to growing the reach and follower base of our platforms.

We're looking for someone who understands how social media works, enjoys building communities, and can take ownership without being spoon-fed.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across all assigned social media platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting according to the content calendar. • Maintain consistency across all brand accounts.




- Manage day-to-day activities related to the social media accounts.

Community Management & Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and interactions.
- Respond to audience engagement in a timely and skilled manner. • Engage with relevant industry leaders, prospects, communities, and conversations.
- Leave thoughtful and strategic comments on relevant posts to improve visibility and reach.
- Identify opportunities to participate in trending or relevant discussions

Growth & Scaling

• Suggest actionable ideas to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve account performance.

• Support initiatives that help scale the social media presence of all assigned accounts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase account visibility and community engagement.
