Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Specialist
to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Process attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
- Collaborate with department managers to fulfill hiring requirements.




- Support policy implementation and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRMS, ATS, or payroll software.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management.
- Prior experience in IT, Staffing, or Corporate HR is an advantage.
