Job Title: IP Manager - Patent Prosecution & Business Development

Location: Mohali, Sector 70 (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IP Manager to oversee patent operations, manage a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and support business growth through domestic and international lead generation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in patent prosecution support, IP operations, client relationship management, process improvement, and team leadership.

As an IP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality patent prosecution support while contributing to the organization's strategic growth by identifying current business opportunities and building long-term client relationships

Key Responsibilities

1. Intellectual Property (IP) Operations
- Lead and manage end-to-end Intellectual Property (IP) operations across patent prosecution, patent analytics, and IP support services.
- Oversee patent prosecution support activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution.




- Manage IDS (Information Disclosure Statement) preparation and filing.
- Prepare filing packages and formal documents, including Assignments, Declarations, Form-1s, Powers of Attorney, Information Disclosure Statements (IDS), and other patent prosecution documentation.
- Coordinate patent filing activities for Indian, US, PCT, and other international jurisdictions.
- Track prosecution deadlines and ensure timely responses to Office Actions and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with patent attorneys, patent agents, inventors, clients, and international associates.

2. Business Development & Lead Generation

Domestic (India)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities among startups, MSMEs, corporates, universities, research institutions, incubators, and innovation centers.
- Build relationships with patent attorneys, law firms, technology companies, and R&D; organizations.
