Role Description
The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Secunderābād, responsible for overseeing the hospital network’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services.



This role manages servers, networks, and hardware, ensuring secure, reliable, and effective operations across all facilities. The IT Manager coordinates implementation and maintenance of hospital information systems, EHR platforms, and other clinical and administrative applications, working closely with clinical and operations teams to support safe, seamless patient care. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, managing data security and backups, troubleshooting technical issues, and supervising IT support staff and vendors. The role also involves planning and executing IT upgrades, establishing standards and protocols, training staff on systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare and data protection regulations.
