What does the job entail?
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for assigned business units/regions.
- Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization, and talent acquisition support.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, retention, hiring, productivity, and engagement, and provide actionable insights.




- Facilitate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Support change management initiatives and organization-wide HR projects.
Work Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Experience managing diverse and geographically dispersed workforces.
- Preferred experience in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or large corporate environments.
- Proven track record in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and workforce planning.
