We are hiring a Program Associate - CSR Partnerships & Strategic Engagement on behalf of a leading sustainability-focused organization working at the intersection of climate action, ecological regeneration, youth leadership, and ecosystem development.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about building meaningful partnerships, engaging with corporates and institutions, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to high-impact sustainability initiatives.

About the Role

As a Program Associate, you will play a key role in expanding the organization's network of CSR partners, foundations, educational institutions, ecosystem stakeholders, and strategic collaborators.

You will support partnership development, donor engagement, proposal development, fundraising initiatives, stakeholder management,



research, and programme coordination while contributing to projects creating measurable environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1.CSR Partnerships & Institutional Outreach

a.Identify and engage potential CSR partners, corporates, foundations, trusts, and philanthropic organizations.

b.Build and maintain relationships with companies, educational institutions, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.

c.Maintain a robust database of prospective partners, CSR heads, sustainability leaders, and funding organizations.

d.Support meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.

2.Fundraising & Proposal Development

a.Research CSR priorities, grant opportunities, and philanthropic funding avenues.

b.Support preparation of CSR proposals, concept notes, grant applications, partnership decks, and fundraising presentations.
