Role Description
The HR Manager role at M Tech Equipments is a full-time, on-site position located in Haridwar. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for manufacturing and office staff.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards.
