Role: MIS & Digital Transformation Executive

Purpose: Support the implementation and management of business systems, data, and digital initiatives across the organization.

The key responsibilities for this role would include:
- ERP Implementation – Support the implementation, setup, and optimization of the ERP system to improve business processes and data management.
- CRM Implementation – Set up and manage the CRM system for customers and dealers.
- Customer Database Management – Organize, clean, and maintain customer and dealer data.
- Data Segregation & Analysis – Classify and analyse business data for better decision-making.
- Loyalty Program Support – Assist in setting up and managing customer loyalty programs.
- Customer Communication – Manage WhatsApp, SMS, email campaigns, and customer engagement tools.
- System Integration – Coordinate between ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce, and other business platforms.
- Technology Support – Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for implementation and issue resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
