- Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Infor M3 modules based on business needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and configuration documentation.
- Support integrations between Infor M3 and other enterprise applications.
- Coordinate and execute system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
