₹15,000 per month + Incentives + Cab Facility
- Post Training:
PPO with
CTC up to ₹30,000 per month + Unlimited USD Incentives + Cab Facility

For Experienced Candidates

Business Development Executive
- Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year in
US Logistics (Freight Brokerage)
or
International Voice Process (Sales/B2B Preferred)
- CTC:
Up to
₹30,000 per month
(based on experience and interview performance) +
Unlimited USD Incentives + Cab Facility

Shift:
Night Shift (US Shift) –
5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Working Days:
Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Position Overviews

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).

In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building robust relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.

This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
